BEIJING, June 17 (Xinhua) -- Wednesday marks a pivotal moment for the future of democracy in Hong Kong. Members of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Legislative Council (LegCo) will debate and vote on a motion to elect the SAR's next leader by public vote for the first time in 2017.
